How to find the Company is registered or not? ||Company real or fake||


Step 1: Visit the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India

Click on below link to open the website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India

  Check Company Name

Step 2: Enter the Company name (Don't try with Short Forms or half names)

Step 3: If the company is not registered you will get a Pop-up with information as follows.

Step 4: If the company is registered you will get the following information of the company.

  1. LLPIN /CIN /1A Ref No
  2. Company or LLP Name
  3. State
  4. Registration Date
  5. Company Status

An example is provided here.

Step 5: If you get the information like above that particular company is registered by Govt. of India.
